There scheduling policy is what makes you not want them to provide service. The service man was great.

Technician never did any work. They never showed up. If they did and no one answered, they should of called or texted me and nothing.

Walked in leaned against the counter and tried to sell me a contract for repairs, I asked if he was going to check out my appliance, and he said I know what’s wrong with it the cost for repair is $556.00 I was surprised since he did not inspect or touch the appliance. He said the PART cost to repair it is 140.00
