Service for Freezer not maintaining stuff frozen
Mr. Rawle showed up on time & prepared. He looked throughly inspected the stand alone freezer unit of the Kenmore Elite pair freezer & refrigerator. He determined the cause was related to dirty air intake and cleaned it. The unit appeared to immediately begin cooling much more than before. He asked that we observe it for 24 hours and ensure that that resolved the problem. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Rawle was very respectful and professional. Although he had difficulties with his work vehicle, he still made sure to arrive to my home to make sure he fixed my refrigerator. He greeted my daughter and began to work. He made sure to remain in communication with me until I arrived home. Once I arrived home, he made sure he explained everything in detail to me that he fixed and what was wrong with my refrigerator. He even gave me tips on my fridge on what temperatures to keep them at that was really helpful. He even made sure to clean up after himself, which I greatly appreciated being that I just got home from work.
