Rawle called ahead to say he will be arriving in 30 mins., and he did. He is knowledgeable, and very experienced with repairing kitchenaid refrigerators. I received a detailed description of what was wrong and what he was doing to fix It. I felt confident that at last my refrigerator is fixed. This is hours since the visit and the refrigerator is cooling, the ice box has ice, and the freezer is working. Thank you Rawle for finding the solution.
