Poor customer service
Technician only cared about replacing an ordered part, but cared less about what the customer asked to looked at the appliance, replying "let me do my job". Sears has sent 4 different technician and the appliance is still broken.

Mini split A/C work Incomplete
Please be advised that the work was not done by the service man. He said he's not experienced on working on the Mini Split A/C unit. He said he's going to request someone who is knowledgeable of the system.

Poor performance
The tech wasn't enthusiastic to solve the problem. Provided useless feedback. He classified AC drainage is part of plumbing etc . He should not be servicing other customers AC What a waste of copay and time

Service was horrible
Jose had no personality which is not necessary to complete the job. However, he was cold and Kurt. He left a mess in my home that I had to clean up, and when he was asked to cover his shoes, he complied however, after giving my husband an attitude. Jose needs an attitude adjustment. He left a nasty taste in our mouth and he should definitely get some customer service training. I would definitely not appreciate if Sears sent Jose back to my home for any reason.

The worst Service rendered!!!!!!!!!!
The service tech arrived to a working washing machine with a code and when he left the machine wasn't fully cleaned and completely inoperable. I wish I never called or got involved with Sears, this has been absolutely the worst experience that I paid for and when I called customer services was rendered with sorry let's make an appointment as we don't have anyone to help. Absolutely disgusted!!!

Problem not resolved
After running the dishwasher after technician left, the same problem arose. The heavy light continues to blink and the cycle is not finished.
