The technician was not very professional when I explained to him that I try to do a self repair although everything was done correctly except for repairing two parts with non-compatible items that he replaced with the originals when he put the dryer back together a screw was left out that he told me was just for something with leveling that he's the technician and he knows that screw is not needed. When he left I was nervous of the left out screw so I unscrewed the dryer to find the sensor plug was left unplugged. I was not happy with this service.

It's been over four hours since Shaun left my house. The refrigerator is not any colder then it was earlier and it there does not seem to be a fan blowing the air from the freezer to the refrigerator as he said he would repair. Please return someone to my house on Saturday.

Very argumentative. Refused and failed to properly testing the washer before leaving premises. I will notify Choice not to ever send Sears Home Services to my house for any future repairs.

My Kenmore refrigerator.
Rawle F. collected my $85.00 and then he informed Choice home Warrantee so he could order the parts. Choice warrantee denied the claim because the lights were dim and needed to be changed. and choice is saying that the lights are not mechanical. I requested that the refrigerator door, seal gasket need changing, Refrigerator is freezing up and a freezer panel is loose and falling down. what that has to do with lights.
