Technician was polite and perform the diagnosis, but he was not interested in the customer's concern. Also he did not asked to sign the ticket; however wrote on ticket "did not sign". My appliance is still not working.

Everything worked out ok, my range was repaired. The only thing I would recommend to Sears is a smaller window for repair visits. An 8hr window is too long. Otherwise good service.

Valve on Whirlpool Washer was replaced. When cycle was activated a loud screeching noise occurred. Was advised this sound was normal. The valve on this machine was replaced twice in prior years. The screeching sound never occurred. Very concerned about this ongoing sound and hope it will dissipate in time.

At first i did not know what Kenmore Dishwasher error code 24 was. I found out that it is the error code for poor machine drainage. Mr.L did not tell me specifically that it stood for poor machine drainage. He adjusted the drain hose, and found blockage in the h9ose connection to the garbage disposal. after that I got one more error 24, after a restart, it ran to completion. I will watch for the error code to show up again.
