Shawn did excellent work. Really professional would like to have him back to service equipment. Also nice to see a Sears Truck in my neighborhood. Way past time Some stores would be wonderful. Enjoyed shopping at Sears for many things. Thank you Judith B. Basch

Shawn was great and fixed the problem the previous technician was supposed to fix. I thought the previous tech had fixed the issue but apparently not. He was very personable and took care of the problem. He noticed that the dial wasn't rotating and fixed it. He also checked all other possible issues to make sure nothing else was causing the problem.
