He made sure before he left that my air conditioner was working properly. He definitely is an asset to Sears repair

Shawn P was a great service tech. My only problem is having the same problem occur repeatedly. I just had this problem supposedly fixed a couple of weeks ago. I hope the ice maker doesn't freeze up yet again. It's not the technicians fault. He was great. I'm tired of having to block out time to have this same problem worked on. All in all this is the the 6th or 7th time. The 3rd since the ice maker was replaced!!!
