Very fairly priced service; also respectful, prompt, efficient and got the job done right! Without even having to look at the manual. For a 20 year old fridge, which now is good as new. Thank you.

Robert was an excellent repairman. He was courteous, friendly and explained his repair. I am not pleased with the phone system that the sears repair have. They don't have a number that you can speak with an actual person. Even their chat is an automated response. It doesn't answer all the questions you may have. i give a poor review for phone service
