Rob was very professional in his approach to solving the problem with our refrigerator and what part or parts would need replacement and does he have them on the truck, if not return another day. He determined the compressor was the problem and luckily he had one on the truck. After completing the repair, he said give it 24 hours to stabilize the temperatures of refrigerator and freezer. Rob, is definitely a valued asset to your company.
