The Technician Came on time and found the problem why my0 washer would not go into spin cycle, went and got the parts and fixed it the same day. The Maytag washer runs like new, I am a Hospice patient so it is great to have my washer working properly again. Very efficient and good company and worker.

My original appointment with Sears was on Friday from 8-12, after no call no show I was really disappointed in Sears. However, my technician Al was the best technician I have ever had in any maintenance call. He made the wait well worth it, he will be requested in my future needs.
