Troy took great care of us both times he was here. First visit I learned a lot about my washer. His trouble shooting was very accurate. Took him 10 minutes to put the new parts on during his second visit. He complimented my husband about his nice garage and the gliders underneath the washer. So easy pulling the appliances out.
