The serviceman who serviced our refrigerator was one of the most outstanding servicemen I have ever accounted. His knowledge, skill, experience and dedication all were in evidence on tackling the challenging matter with our refrigerator. His success in solving our problem confirmed our decision to have extended our Sears service contract last year.
