The technician was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem fixed that issue and tested the washer. Made an additional diagnosis and immediately fixed that issue. He tested the machine again with a load in it. Success. This pragmatic approach assured a complete fix. We are very pleased and hope this caliber of tech is what we can expect in the future.
