Very satisfied with the whole experience, from making the appointment to paying for the service. I received an appointment confirmation message right away after making an appointment online and got several reminders by text. They called me 10-15 minutes before arriving on the morning of the appointment-I was glad I didn't have to wait until later in the day. They informed me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me know the cost with or without other options. Both techs were polite and professional-would highly recommend Sears.
