After several return appointments, rescheduled appointments with order numbers and being told I didn't have an appointment, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. I have spent hundreds of dollars over several years for a monthly service plan. I am definitely thinking about canceling the program. It is purposely set up so it is very difficult to talk to anyone. I am very frustrated and extremely disappointed. You should be doing better than you are doing! Finally a technician fixed the problem. Thank you to him.
