It was a pleasure having Carlos as our Sears Service Technician for our refrigerator repair. Not only did Carlos call ahead with an ETA but he showed up when he said he would. After diagnosing the problem, he located the parts needed for the repair, picked them up and installed them on the same day. Carlos was knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and caring. Carlos exceeded our expectations.

We are very happy. But the technician need to be little bit more serious and kindness. When he called this morning, i told him that, i have a court date. And i requested him to come around 3 to 5 pm. Thank God that, my wife was home. Next time, please do not keep us under the pressure.
