After rescheduling our repair appointment, the 2nd time around due to a miscommunication during scheduling of the original appointment, all went very well. Lots of scheduling & tech communication referencing this 2nd repair service appointment. Our assigned tech Dennes L called to inform us of his arrival time within the hour. Upon arrival and his diagnosis he informed us of all costs involved prior to proceeding with the repair. We found Dennes L to be amiable and knowledgeable in regard to the task at hand. The repair was done quickly & efficiently! Thank you Dennes L!
