David arrived in a timely fashion, diagnosed the problem, put his head down and went to work. He had a mighty tall order on repairing our machine. Through the entire process David was pleasant and eager to get the job finished in proper fashion. Nice work.

Maybe they can resolve simple repairs but when it comes to complicated issues they just give you the run around. Forget about higher end brand appliances...thy are the worse...you end yup hours with their unknowledgeable support team and no results. They had to get a 3rd party service team to fic my miele oven and the guy that came made it worse. DO NOT use them at all. claim#: 845114

worse company to deal with...they give you the run around and their technicians are worthless. They have sent 6 technicians and not able to resolve our refrigerator issue. Claim #: 000743512136617

The tech didn’t have any experience with my ac unit, it’s a mini split and the first thing that he said to me when I showed him the unit was “ I’ve never worked in one of these mini spits, didn’t know how to diagnose the problem nor how to fix it.

It took more than a week to have your technician to come. The window of time is a full day! The parts that my washer needed took just one day, but the technician or your system would not allow him to return before two weeks. In spite my insistence that the pump could not be responsible for the noise and malfunction, the technician said that it will take care of the problem. After three weeks I had the parts and the technician back, just to find out that on top of the pump there was another problem and my washer was not fixable. So I had to pay out of pocket 150% more than what the Home warranty promised to send because the diagnosis was incomplete, and they were not able to solve the problem. So, after a month without the washer, I found myself having to spend more money just because the tech didn’t do a thorough job to start with.
