It took more than a week to have your technician to come. The window of time is a full day! The parts that my washer needed took just one day, but the technician or your system would not allow him to return before two weeks. In spite my insistence that the pump could not be responsible for the noise and malfunction, the technician said that it will take care of the problem. After three weeks I had the parts and the technician back, just to find out that on top of the pump there was another problem and my washer was not fixable. So I had to pay out of pocket 150% more than what the Home warranty promised to send because the diagnosis was incomplete, and they were not able to solve the problem. So, after a month without the washer, I found myself having to spend more money just because the tech didn’t do a thorough job to start with.
