Once again, they've canceled the repair without reason or explanation. This is the fourth time. Besides, I always request that you send the COI to the Management Office before the technician arrives, and you never do, and then cancel it.

My samsung refrigerator water dispenser is still not working , told me it’s the filter, bought 5 filters and still not working, told my son there is not else he can do, did not even flush the line , NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN!

I am extremely disappointed with Sears Home Services and feel compelled to warn others before signing up for their home repair plan. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for months, spending countless hours on the phone, only to be denied the very service and refund their own representatives promised and that I am paying for monthly. I followed every step, submitted every document, and trusted their employees when they told me I would be reimbursed in full for my repair cost. After years of paying for this protection plan—and barely using it—I was shocked to find out that they refused to refund my $1,200 repair, even though I was told multiple times it would be covered. What makes this even worse is that after denying my legitimate claim, Sears had the audacity to charge me an additional $127 just to cancel my policy. How is this acceptable? How is this legal? I paid for a service that was supposed to give homeowners peace of mind—not stress, financial burden, and endless runarounds. The stress this situation has caused has taken a toll on my health and well-being. Instead of honoring their commitment, Sears repeatedly shifted blame and hid behind policies that contradict what their own employees told me. At this point, the experience has been so upsetting that I’ve even considered seeking legal advice, but like many people dealing with large corporations, it often feels like the big companies always win. Sears Home Services has shown zero accountability, zero support, and zero professionalism. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about signing up for their home repair plan. When you truly need help, they will leave you on your own—and charge you on the way out.

David is very nice but Sears Protect Home Warranty is a scam! They made appointments after appointments and cancelled them the same day at 3:00pm after I stayed home from work all day. Sears doesn't fix anything nor do they replace the item. Sears strings you along by making and then cancelling appointments.

He could not fix he said the part was on back order totally different from when I scheduled that the person on the chat said he would have all parts. I am very disappointed as you just collect the money without solving my issue and I am the one that has to search for the part. I just found the part in inventory at Sears talking to someone on the chat. When I get the part he said I have to pay again for the technician to come back. Awful! I want my money back

this had to be one of the worst experience I’ve had of getting a repair job done. I have been waiting since October 15 to have my stove done repair. I gone through the entire holiday season and finally the part was delivered and the technician installed it on today, which is 17 December I miss my entire Thanksgiving and using my stove. I talked to several people and all I got was a run around because no one would replace the stove due to the fact that there was a error and getting part shipped to my house. I do feel that I will be canceling my warranty plan with Sears and I will never do business with them again.

Lot of questions are asked before the tech comes in, like the model number, and security gate code, etc. But none of it is shared with the technician. What a waste of time. And just about every time, just to add to the pain of Appliance not working, they always blame something else. Like oh it wasn’t installed properly etc. Or worst, sorry, no parts available, and there might never will be.
