Technician arrived on time …he was friendly and efficient. He arrived around 8:30 to diagnose the problem with the light not turning on. He did not have the part needed on his truck and ordered a new switch. A couple hours later the part was delivered to my home by another AE Sears technician and shortly after, the technician called to tell me he was coming back to install the new switch. I am quite pleased with how quickly (all in one day) the repair was completed. I would definitely recommend AE Sears Repair Service.

Juana stated too much refrigerant was keeping ac from cooling properly. He released the refrigerant and stated to watch it for the next couple of days. He was very professional and explained things clearly. Was nice.
