I’m so happy I purchased this insurance, the service was fast , thorough and complete. They kept me informed of when the technician would arrive, which doesn’t happen with many other companies , and parts were delivered quickly. The technician, Rawley? Not sure about spelling, He is outstanding! Really cares about doing things right the first time, very thorough ,competent,professional and nice. Couldn’t be more pleased
