Scheduled time was not kept & no updates were given. Technician didn’t resolved the problem & gave no explanations as to what he found or how to fix it, just complaints about the bad condition of our water inlet line which had nothing to do with the problem on hand.

The technician never showed up to fix my leaking air conditioner although I waited all day. He also did not text or phone. Sears would do nothing about it.

Technician did not resolve the problem with my central air conditioning. One hour after he left the same problem occurred. I had to call again for service and wait two days.

Absolutelty neglectful. Persistent issues and Contractor is unable to diagnose the issue and is dismissive when on the phone. I would avoid like the plague.

Absolutely impossible! Worst of the worst. First time tech misdiagnosed. When I called for follow up tech didn’t show up. As of now I have been billed twice. I have now spent hours calling, waiting on hold without any result. After 5 calls without any resolution I asked to speak to a supervisor. Every time I’m being told a different story. To date I have not been allowed to speak to a superior. Beginning to think this is a scam.

I purchased warranty over a year ago and it is so hard to get them on hold , I will call it impossible…my garage door doesn’t work properly and they are keep saying that they are not at the moment fixing LIFTMASTER BRAND , the most know brand on the market … I truly believe that this warranty is big scam…

Broke the machine altogether and then left. After a huge hassle they agreed to come fix it for the same price as the original repair. But then they schedule a date and no one shows up. 2x already. And they will never get a supervisor on the phone, will make every excuse not to or route you in a circle. No wonder they don't take Amex. I'm going to call MasterCard which I paid with and cancel the payment. But Amex would have been better.

I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with this service. I contacted them due to a gas leak issue with my stove. Unfortunately, the technician arrived without a gas leak detector, which was baffling. Instead, he relied on his sense of smell to detect the gas leak, which I found quite unprofessional and concerning.Moreover, the billing was inconsistent with our initial agreement. The charge for the service call was higher than what was previously discussed, despite the technician's visit being solely for confirming the absence of a gas leak. This was necessary for my peace of mind, as I had already had the leak identified and fixed by another technician the previous day. The purpose of this service call was purely for a second confirmation that the issue was fully resolved.In summary, the lack of proper equipment and discrepancy in billing made this a very unsatisfactory experience for me.
