I was so happy to get this expert technician who was both very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Sears, for sending him to our home. Because of him, the problem was resolved and we were given suggestions how to maintaining our appliance better. This was well worth the cost of visit.

Robert came last Thursday and after a few minutes said the problem was the computer board.he than said that the boards We’re no longer available and left.we were not convinced and called for a second opinion.Mr Rawee Faroese came and that’s when everything changed. He explained everything he would do And after. Five minutes he said that he found the problem and five minutes later the water and ice machine was working. Mr Farose During his visit demonstrated a Profound knowledge of his work,, Was curious and respectful and a True professional.He was a five star/10 out of 10

Honest man my washing machine wouldn’t open the pods to wash dishes and he checked the entire washer out said it worked and drained fine nothing was wrong with it, it just can’t work with pods for dishwasher because it’s older then 3 years and it will only work with liquid dishwasher machines
