First, fast appt time. They connect me to technician prior to visit so any parts needed would be at my home for refrigerator repair if need. Communication was top tier before appt, day of and during service appt. Technician provided excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and provide maintenance tips. 5 Stars

I couldn't be more pleased and appreciative of this Sears Tech's repair work on my aging refrigerator. He called ahead of time, correctly diagnosed the problem and had the needed part available to install when he arrived. His efficiency, neatness and calming attitude meant the world to me.
