The technician was right on time, keeping me aware of his arrival to my house. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is the third time I have used my warranty on appliances. And each time the technicians were very good

Totally awesome! Routine checkup on appliances, instruction also helped. So friendly one of my kitty cats came out of hiding to visit. Very pleasant experience!

The gentleman that came to do the repair was very nice. He wasn't extremely familiar with the job he was here to work on. Had to make several phone calls to figure it out. He also installed two of the switches sideways. When they were switched off, it indicated 2 on the temperature. He was in a hurry to leave because he had other customers to attend to. I was able to get another technician scheduled for tomorrow to correct the installation. Hopefully the forth time is a charm. Update. The same gentleman Brad came out to correct the issue. He apologized a bunch. Such a nice gentleman. No harm, no foul. The stove top works perfectly now.

Repairman told me what was wrong, but did not fix it. He told me to call Maytag. I paid $127.00 for that advice.
