The technician, Tim was awesome and completed everything super easy... Sears Appliance repair was not so great. They ordered dryer repair parts on Amazon, which were back ordered and do nothing to try to get parts sources from a proper manufacturer. I had to escalate with home warranty company to out pressure on Sears to source the parts properly. It took 4 weeks to get the parts overall after my escalation after 2. 5 weeks. Sears provides no way for the client to contact them in any way, this having to escalate with the home warranty company.

I’m beyond upset w the service. My tech came last week and said he had to order a part so I had to wait another week. He came back this morning to fix it and now since him working on it the dryer will not heat up to dry my clothes. I texted technician back n waiting on his response. You would think that the technician should have made sure the dryer was working properly before leaving.

Service Ticket was cancelled unilaterally. Technician neither called nor informed me that he was not going to show up anymore. I sat here waiting in vain. I guess it is in Tandem with them quoting me $50 by phone yesterday during booking, and then sending a bill for $99 this morning to pay today. Real bad business practice.

I absolutely do not recommend relying on these people to service anything in your home. The compressor on our LG refrigerator went out months ago. LG contacted Sears for the repair. Today was our 6th or 7th appointment since December. All but one have been no-shows. On the one appointment where a technician did arrive, he was in the home maybe 5 minutes to confirm it was indeed the compressor, but he was unable to fix it because he “didn't have the compressor in the truck with him”. Today, after waiting all day for them to show up, I received notification that our repairs were completed and we owe $125 for the repair. Again, NO. ONE. SHOWED. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do because the technician closed the account out.

It took the Sears repair tech 5 visits, 4 separate parts and 46 days to repair the washer. When I called to request a different tech, it did not happen. I received no assistance in resolving the issue which was very disheartening.

Sears service is horrible. I have been without a washing machine since before Thanksgiving. I had two repair appointments scheduled, and they mandatory just rescheduled me without notifying me. Their customer service is abysmal. The service technician was fine.

Horrible. Waited a week, then no show. This is after I : 1) called and confirmed on the phone with Sears on Friday, for scheduled Saturdays 2) Received a call at 12:26 that a technician would be coming to fix washer. Shortly after got txt asking how was you service, which didn't happen. Escalated to home warranty they are going to assign another company, starting Monday. That will be 10 days without a washer.

The tech took two months to come back to install the ice maker that was ordered and delivered two months ago and I had to install it myself since he never came back.
