The technicians are great, but a bit difficult
Booking an appointment was a breeze, but dealing with anytime between 8-5 is terriblle, and having the appointment cancelled at 3 pm after waitimg at home all day is not good. It says they'll contact you with a better estimate, which they did day 2. A little better communication and they'd be a perfect 10

Erik is very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. He knows how to fix a split a/c unit. Is very neat in putting things back after finishing his work. I greatly appreciate how he didn't giving up getting my unit's parts after having difficulties getting the parts for several weeks. He is a person who takes pride in his work. I hope Sears appreciates him.
