Richard is an extremely skilled and professional repairman. The only issue I had with this repair job was the length of time it took to get the part--two months!!! When AI could not get the part locally, it did not order it online! Your new AI system needs to bounce orders to a real person to order the part that is not available locally! This was a waste of my time of two days waiting for a serviceman who didn't come because the part ordered locally never came to him. Nobody reported that to me or to Sears Home Services.

Johnnie (and his assistant) was excellent in providing information on what needed to be checked, worked diligently together with his assistant to address all points for the repair, and provided an estimate with the options for the service plan that could address repairs in the future to any other appliances. They afforded respect to my concerns and were extremely helpful.
