Contradictory Diagnosis

Did not seem knowledgeable. Contradicted himself on possible diagnosis and gave very different and opposing diagnostics with explanations that didn't make sense. At the end, the dishwasher is still the same, same issue, no clear diagnostic. Waste of money and time!

Technician was very good

The scheduling process is the worst - unable to talk to a human until the technician is here and if there's prep work that should have been done lime removal of a baseboard under the dishwasher, will become known when technician arrives and it's too late - so Technician was unable to look and diagnose and we paid for the visit and the rescheduling process is totally unclear and will be again with automated systems w/o the ability to explain anything.

No one showed up. Cancelled by technician?

Technician did not show up. Technician Called could not understand everything he said except for do not work on AC, then said something garbled and hung up. Then get text that order was completed. Deductible prepaid. Called Sears very hard to do, keep getting an AI computer.Several calls and hours later. Finally find how to get a human. Still 10 days later and up to 4 so far appointment dates and being billed the pre pay deductible again, Appointments being cancelled by technicians, who are not showing up and getting texted order completed. So now have to start all over again to get appointments and credit for payments ? ?

Sears repair is a rip off

Had an issue with my kenmore dryer. Technician sent by Sears quoted 400 for part and 200 plus for labor. Called a local repairman part was 90 bucks plus 180 labor. Trying now to get my 140 diagnostic fee back and all I get is an AI chat. Too bad, used to love. Sears. No more.

Disappointed

The tech arrived, performed the replacement. We tested the water dispenser. It worked. He then left, after giving me the instruction to run a gallon of water through the lines. He left. I followed his instructions. Water started leaking from the refrigerator. I called the tech. He told me he used the old connector, and didn't have a new one on his truck. I was told to call Assurant and request a recall. Meanwhile I have a refrigerator leaking water all over my floor. Not at all pleased.
