Richard is a pro
Richard was the most professional and experienced technician I have ever come across. He knows his craft and was able to detect and fix the problem with my washing machine. He answered my questions and explained what was going on. He was timely as well. I wish there were more people out there like this man. I hope Sears knows what a gem Richard is and recognizes what it means to have him working for your company. I hope this message reaches someone that will give him his due recognition.
