It was a pleasure receiving Johnnie as a Sears Repair man He was reliable and responsible. He called me to tell me when he would arrive and he was punctual. He asked me what was wrong with the burner and he fixed it very well. He showed me when he finished that everything was repaired and tested it so I can be sure it was fixed.
