Intermittent problem with bottom oven not heating. He checked all connections & had suggestions for backboard control cleaning. Very helpful.

Nelson was very professional and personable. We had a same day appointment and Nelson showed up earlier than expected which we greatly appreciated. He checked our refrigerator thoroughly and refilled it with Freon. We have to wait and see if that solves the issue for now.
