Best repair experience!
Luis was our technician. Had to order a part that was very hard to find. My oven is very old. He kept in contact with me, explained where in the process we were. He was very polite and I was very comfortable having him in my home. When the part was delivered, to my house, I immediately got a message asking when would it be convenient for me to have him come over and install the part. Great communication and my oven is now in good working order! Thank you Sears and Luis from Flash Repair! God bless you!
