Johnnie was at our home yesterday to repair our dishwasher, which he did very quickly considering he even had to order a part and install it. His initiative to contact the parts depot, order the part, have another technician who happened to be at the depot pick it up and bring to our location immediately was impressive! From the time he arrived to finishing the repair and clean up was all completed in less than 90 minutes! His service was so good that we ordered another repair order for the next day for our dryer which was running extremely "loud", and I asked for Johnnie specifically. We were lucky to have him back to complete another repair quickly and cost effectively...just needed a good cleaning to make it run nice and quietly! Johnnie is a true professional!!
