My refrigerator ice maker was not producing ice. Sears technician, Roger, arrived right on schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the needed replacement part in his truck but contacted a Sears "runner" to bring it to my home within a short amount of time. He then installed the new Ice Maker Assembly and now my ice maker works perfectly. Roger is an excellent, very experienced technician and a super pleasant fellow!
