Yariel was very professional and thorough with his work. He arrived to the appointment early, which was great and got to work right away. He ordered the part that was required and want to have been delivered, he returned within a couple of hours to do the installation and repair. The service was great and I am happy.

Service was timely and quick and efficient got the job done in one day better than American Home Shield which took them two and a half months to come out to fix it and still was not able to fix it but Sears got the job done
