First time using Sears Home Services, wasn't sure what to expect but the process was smooth from booking the appointment to repair. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He even had the OEM replacement part when he can to diagnose our washer. I'll use Sears Home Repair again in the future and recommend their services.
