Although Yariel was friendly and knowledgeable, he was unable to find the replacement for the knob to turn on the lower oven. He was only able to check it out using pliers. Either Cinch needs to find a replacement knob or replace the entire unit, as specified in our contract.

Stefan came at the appointed time. He checked the stove top, oven and the overall operation of the cooking unit. Stefan showed me how to remove and install the drawer to clean under. I was having difficulty with that. He was very patient with me and also ask me to remove and install the drawer so I would know how to do it. I was very happy with the service that I received from Stefan and Sears Home Service and would highly recommend.
