Richard was very knowledgeable and was able to service my unit quickly & efficiently. He explained his findings and explained what needed to be done to get the unit running properly. Ray was my Sears service technician. He was a very knowledgeable and personable man. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He returned when the parts arrived ( very quickly I might add) and he quickly installed the parts and checked that they were working correctly. He was very helpful and said if we had any more problems with this issue, that we were to call him.

I thought Raymond was Excellent. He talks with you explaining what he can do what he can't do and that it's really up to the customer. I've had Raymond before and he's always been excellent.
