GE Microwave Repair
Technician assessed the microwave problem and stted that the defective part (noise filter assembly) is no longer available (NLA). After reassembly of the microwave and further discussion, technician stated that one of the two fuses on the noise filter assembly needs to be replaced. Technician was driving a rental truck and had no parts on the truck and only had his tools. Instead of replacing the entire microwave, we would obviously prefer a simple fuse replacement. This is apparently not an option with Sears. I called a local appliance repair and they stated this 20 amp ceramic fuse is one that is interchangeable and they carry several on their service trucks. I am strongly considering cancelling the Sears Home Warranty for our all our appliances. This was a very disappointing outcome.

Still broken
I don't know if there's a raymond issue or a sears issue probably both, if a test cycle would have been ran to check before closing work order tech would have smelled the burning plastic and see the tub wasnt spinning correctly or at all depending which cycle was hit , But they closed my repair order and the washer's not fixed And nobody will return my calls.

Not Working
The refrigerator has been down since November 15th and finally came today to fix. After the tec left, received error message. This is frustrating and sears has been terrible. It took them 6 months to fix our dishwasher. Would not recommend them at all.

A/C REPAIR
The technician said there was a small leak in the Air Handler, all he did was put more Freon, but did not repair where the leak was coming from???,so when the Freon leak again, then there is another service call $$, why did he not just repair the leak!

Broke the casing and did not fix the unit!!
You tech came out with parts, did not install them and I had a flood the next day. You sent out two technicians that did not know how to repair my unit, broke the casing taking it apart and then caused a flood the next day because they never tested the "repair".

Very dissatisfied
Spend more than four minutes concluding that I abused my machine and twenty minutes collecting the fee and showing up 90 minutes early while calling from my front door.
