Richard's service was excellent, however the support and speed with the fix was slow. Should have taken one trip for repair, rather than three. Choice Home Warranty is slow approving each step. The heat was not checked.

I think Richard was one of the better AC text that I've had here they seemed very knowledgeable courteous friendly and went above and beyond his expertise to find a melted switch that was an electrical problem and he advised c h w of the problem thank you for sending someone like him
