Very soft spoken and a gentleman
I was very happy with the way Neal worked. He was clean and tidy and at the end he spoke to my husband and I about what he needed to do and that we would be expecting a new ice collector tray for the refrigerator and what we had to do when it arrived. Again we received great service from Neal.

Andrew let me know when he would arrive and he was on-time. He was polite, explained the work in advance (to replace the refrigerator's compressor) and how long it would take. He finished on-time, cleaned up the area and put everything back in place. He explained what to expect from the refrigerator as it restarted and how soon I could use it. It's been 24hrs since the repair and the refrigerator is running great, thanks to Andrew!

My 46-inch cut Craftsman Riding mower would not start. Brad fixed the problem (electrical plug on bottom rear tractor), changed the oil, checked the air filter, and also gave me instruction on how to operate my mower in the best possible way. Brad is 5 Stars & Sears Home Services is too!
