Jason was so diligent and so patient while trying to find the problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator. He found a few things that I had no idea were a problem as he inspected it from head to toe and fixed them. The original problem presented itself during his inspection and the mystery was solved. Prevention is the best medicine. Grateful!

Excellent technician and service. Richard arrived promptly as scheduled, made sure he understood issue, evaluated, tested, and resolved problem/causes and retested system to insure system was properly operating before leaving, while at the same time, Richard took time to provide helpful self help suggestions that I can perform regularly as an owner to properly maintain system. What I found to be very appreciative is that Richard displayed a professional and caring attitude towards the service call "like it was his own."
