This was a follow up appointment for a botched up job done by an outside vendor that Sears sent to fix the original issue. I had to make another appointment and requested a Sears employee and Jason was "That Guy". He took lots of time to figure out what was the problem and fix the mistakes from the original repairman. He was knowledgeable, patient, neat and friendly. He solved the issue and we will live "Happily Ever After Again" ! Thank you Jason!
