Our tech was fantastic he assessed our washer and outlined the options available to us and did not try to convince us or up sell. He cleaned the inner workings of our dryer and got out a "dust dog" at least and it seems like our machine which is ten years old is as good as new and we work her hard!! Our only frustration is our window was 8-5 and we didn't hear from the company until after 5. It worked out and he was apologetic. The scheduler/route planner failed us both. It's happens buys was frustrating as my spouse arranged to worn from home to accommodate and then no one came during the arranged window or called to let us know.
