I felt comfortable David knew what he was doing and that he did everything he could to repair the dryer. When he searched for the needed part and found it unavailable, he made the call to the warranty company, explained the issue, and had them find another way to handle the problem.

Can't be fixed but not for any lack of trying. Spent much time trying to locate repair parts but to no avail. Courteous and friendly. Probably worth more than you're paying him.

Richard was pleasant, knowledgeable and capable. Sears is fortunate to have him as an employee. HOWEVER the Sears customer service system is dysfunctional and useless as there is nothing to it but some E robot that schedules haphazardly and gives no option for human contact for those who need assistance. Disgusting and frustrating to the ultimate degree
