Our serves technician came on time. Which is very important to me. He was nice and went right to work. He gave suggestions on how to remember to remove food containers that might have been pic shed in the back and left in there too long. I appreciate it. He did not mind when I asked questions on what went wrong and if it is something I could fix myself. He was the best technician. 5 stars for him.

Andrew is an excellent technician and a genuinely nice person. He was friendly while also being professional. He explained to me what he was doing and why so I had a good understanding of my refrigerator/freezer problem and what he did to correct it. I wouldn't hesitate to have Andrew come back.

We have had Neal before when our indoor refrigerator needed to be serviced. He did an amazing job then and I was so happy today when I saw he was back. He fixed our garage fridge problem and I'm waiting to see if it cools down as expected. He said it would take a few hours. I am confident it will work as It should, but I don't know at this point in time.
