Eric was very professional. Patiently listened to my issue without interupting. Then moved on to the job. He was quiet, quick and efficient. When he was done he ran the machine just to make sure his work was done correctly and he was satisfied. Eric then gave me a synopsis and was on his way. Professional, quick and effective! No need for unnecessary nonsense. Great work ethic, Eric!!
